Who in who out?
Karim Benzema included in the confirmed squad despite injury concerns. Also from Real Madrid, Eduardo Camavinga and Aurelien Tchouameni made the list, despite earlier reports about Camavinga’s omission.
Missed his place last time at the 2021 Euro, Olivier Giroud got called up this time as the AC Milan striker has been on excellent form so far this season.
Barcelona pair Jules Kounde and Ousmane Dembele are also among those called up as France looks to defend the title they won in Russia four years ago.
The injured
Paul Pogba and N’Golo Kante missed out through injury, which were noted days ahead of the announcement. Along side with the pair of midfielders is Mike Maignan from AC Milan.
